NHS Lothian Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service

Wall Painting, Forteviot Day Unit, Edinburgh 2017

In summer 2017 I was commissioned by The Edinburgh Hospital Children's Charity to brighten up a corner of the Forteviot CAMHS Day Unit, which provides mental health services for 0-16 year olds. The brief was to direct attention away from the staircase and towards the doorway, and to reference designs which I've developed for a larger wall art commission for the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, which this day unit will be transferred to when it opens in late 2017.

I installed the work myself (with some help from ladder holders) using stencils and paint.
